The contact covers an area embracing Nottingham, Lincolnshire, Northampton and Warwick. Dalkia’s comprehensive coverage in this region was one of the factors contributing to winning the contract. Dalkia also handles all public service areas for Her Majesty’s Court Service in this area. This includes key performance indicators and service-level improvements based on proactive maintenance and a continuous programme of review and improvement.
