Dalkia wins Martin McColl contract

Dalkia is working with Martin McColl to provide a comprehensive facilities-management solution for 1300 stores — which include Martin’s, McColls’s and RS McColl. The 5-year contract involves M&E and lighting services, building fabric and general maintenance. George Mason, manager at Dalkia, says, ‘The retail division is our latest innovation. It has been developed in response to the particular needs of the market for multi-skilled engineers providing specific solutions on a national basis. Our aim is to replicate this offer across other leading retail chains.’
