HVCA works towards revising ductwork specification

The industry’s specification for sheet-metal ducting (DW/144) is being revised by the technical committee of the ductwork group of the Heating & Ventilating Contractors’ Association. Proposals for revision and suggestions for new items to be included are welcomed from all sectors of the building-services industry. A ‘tracker’ document has been devised which lists the proposed amendments in a tabular format; it is available to all interested parties. First keynote speakers announced by Europump

The first two keynote speakers have been announced for an annual event being hosted by the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA).

‘Landmark’ prosecution of online seller welcomed by REFCOM

The air conditioning and refrigeration industry’s largest safety register REFCOM has welcomed the successful prosecution of online sales company Appliances Direct (AD) for breaching F-Gas Regulations.
