A guide on the design and installation of underfloor heating has been published by CIBSE’s domestic-building-services panel. It describes the principles of underfloor heating, floor structures and finishes, applications, heat-loss calculations, limitations and heat output, system layouts and user information. Appendices cover commissioning procedures and standards relating to underfloor-heating installations. There is a calculation sheet. This guide costs £18.50
