Control prevents unserviced boilers being used

Vokera has extended its Autostop control to prevent domestic boilers being used for more than 12 months without being serviced to its Mynute HE range of high-efficiency system boilers and the new Unica HE combi range. Autostop can be programmed to revert a boiler to standby if it is not serviced after a predefined period of time, helping local authorities and landlords meet the requirement for annual gas-safety checks and servicing. The control is integral to the boiler, so it cannot be tampered with. After 11 months, the panel on front of the boiler flashes a message to arrange for the boiler to be serviced.
