Five buildings in Longford Centre development being built at Feltham in Middlesex are having control systems installed by Integrated Control Systems in a £100 000 contract. The stand-alone systems are being installed in a 20 400 m2 medical centre, 1670 m2 library, management suite, 115-bed hotel and retail store that serve 800 apartments and homes. The contract was awarded by Rosser & Russell Building Services. ICS is installing systems to control air-handling units, hot-water systems, extract fans, VAV systems, boilers and pumps. ICS is also building a motor-control panel with BMS controls for each building. The project includes the control of an extensive fire-alarm system in the medical centre.
