Diffusion makes major investment in testing facilities

Diffusion, which makes commercial heating and air cooling products, is investing over £100 000 in new testing facilities at its main manufacturing site in Molesey, Surrey. The test facilities will include provision for thermal capacities, acoustic measurement and cooling performance of existing and planned generations of products to be launched from later this year onwards. The Diffusion manufacturing plant has also geared up production to meet increased demand. The company’s Leigh Simpson says, ‘We are now running two shifts, with the option of running a third. We have seen significant upswing in orders from contractors. It would appear to be room for increased optimism in the overall marketplace.’
