Calorex boosts its pace of investment

Calorex Heat Pumps is increasing manufacturing capacity at its UK factory by 20% as part of major expansion plans. The move coincides with a major investment in the in-house engineering department, which has doubled in size — stepping up the pace of research and development, with new and updated products constantly on the drawing board. The two investments will enable the company to meet increasing demand and reduce lead times. The company has secured additional manufacturing facilities next to its existing site at Maldon in Essex, which is already running at full capacity.
