Thermia Diplomat heat pumps with outputs from 4 to 16 kW are available from Eco Heat Pumps.
The Thermia Diplomat heat pump is now available from Eco Heat Pumps and can extract heat from a variety of sources — ground loops, lakes and outdoor air. Outputs range from 4 to 16 kW, with a COP of around four. Domestic hot water at up to 60°C is available from the built-in water tank, which can be made in copper-lined steel or stainless steel. The scroll compressor is specially designed for heat pumps. Each unit has a 3-step electric-heating element to provide up to 9kW of heat when required. The controls are designed to maximise the use of renewable energy. Diplomat units can be fitted with an online option to enable them to be controlled and operating data obtained remotely.
