Grundfos Pumps has been recognised as an ‘Investor in excellence’ as part of the UK Excellence Recognition Programme. This mark of achievement enables organisations to demonstrate their performance against the Business Excellence Model, which is based on nine principles designed to drive improvements in all key areas of an organisation. They include leadership, processes, people and customer results. Successful companies are issued with a certificate and plaque that are valid for two years. Grundfos sees the award as another outward demonstration of its ongoing commitment to deliver the highest quality of service to its customer base.
