PME retains ABN Amro contract

PME, the facilities services company of Carillion, has been re-awarded a major contract by leading financial organisation ABN Amro in competitive. tender. The contract is worth £3.5 million over three years and is for mechanical and electrical building maintenance of the company’s headquarters in London. The 40 000 m2 buildings need to be maintained to high standards to maintain the bank’s image and ensure business continuity is not compromised. PME has a dedicated team on site providing 24/7 maintenance. Stuart Linington, managing director of PME static sites, comments. ‘ABN Amro has always been a very important customer and retaining this contract allows us the opportunity to refresh our service delivery to them. Working in partnership with the bank, we are moving this contract to a position where it is recognised as industry best practice.’
