Contributing to the smooth running at Manchester Airport is an FM contract awarded to Dalkia.
Dalkia has secured a contract to manage the total facilities management service across all non-core buildings at Manchester Airport. The contract involves Dalkia staff working at eight non-terminal buildings around the airport, displaying its M&E, fire and security, BMS, lighting and electrical testing, building fabric, grounds maintenance and soft services at these buildings. Jim Bethell, managing director of Manchester Airport Developments, says, ‘It is extremely important to maintain the airport buildings and grounds at a high level to maximise operational efficiency, and I am pleased to be able to announce Dalkia’s appointment. We look forward to working closely together to ensure the delivery of a quality facilities-management service.’
