Aire Serv invests in its web site

Aire Serve, which specialises in heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration services, has unveiled its new and improved web site. The company has invested heavily in the web site to bring it up to date with new information, maintenance guides, guarantees and support for landlords. The site also gives users an insight into the variety of work carried out by the company as well as its history, national accounts and opportunities available for prospective franchisees. Clive Houlston, managing director, said, ‘One of the many problems consumer face is the lack of information that is available about air-conditioning units and the companies that install them. Having spent some time browsing the web, we soon discovered that most web sites were leaving visitors more confused than when they began. With this in mind, we have invested a considerable amount of time and effort into the site to make sure that it covers all the questions and queries that may arise.’
