Carrier Air Conditioning has produced an 8-page brochure covering its Aquasmart Plus control system for controlling and managing chilled-water air-conditioning systems. Its capabilities include generating energy reports and using BACnet, LonWorks and other protocols. Aquasmart Plus can control chillers, fan-coil units and other building-services equipment made by Carrier and other manufacturers. Using Aquasmart Plus is said to make possible easy compliance with important European standards and environmental legislation.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
