HVCA Publications improves ordering web site

The Heating & Ventilating Contractors’ Association has launched a new-look commerce site and a new-look catalogue showcasing all its publications. These publications are widely respected in the HVACR industry as definitive guides to legislation, regulations and best practice. Many contain advice designed to help the profitability of a business. The site has been modelled on leading consumer sites that sell publications, with user-friendly navigation and a simple ordering facility. The new printed catalogue has been reduced from A4 to A5. Rachel Davidson, HVCA publications manager, says, ‘The site makes it easier for members to keep up to date with industry best practice. We currently take 33% of all our orders online, and by launching this superior site, we expect this to increase to more than 50% in the next year.’
