Ground-source heat pumps deliver heating and hot water

nu-way
Designed to provide space heating and domestic hot water with energy drawn from the ground is Nu-Way’s Eco-Heat range of heat pumps.
As part of its range of renewable-heating products, Nu-way has launched a ground-source heat pump for domestic use. EcoHeat can provide both heating and domestic hot water for houses and smaller commercial projects. These water-to-water units extract heat from the ground using a borehole or ground loop. There are three single-phase units with outputs from 5 to 10.5 kW and five 3-phase units from 5 to 12.5 kW. A patented intercooler is said to provide high efficiency, economy and long life. Features include quiet operation, built-in soft start and an automatic internal mixing valve to provide consistent and comfortable heating.
