Magnetic system prevents formation of limescale

hydromag
Hydromag magnetic water treatment is said to considerably reduce the quantity of scale formed.
Hydromag physical water conditioners from Hydrotec are available in eight sizes to handle flows from 0.1 to 30.5 l/s. They are WRAS approved and compliant with impending EU legislation for EMF radiation. These units use an electromagnetic power coil and an advanced monitoring and menu setting control to prevent lime scale being formed. The key feature is the reversal of polarity every 10 s to ensure that deposits cannot block flow paths in the unit, maintaining an efficient 90° flow path. This feature is said to give totally effective treatment and zero maintenance. They required a 240 V single-phase mains supply.
