Floor-standing air-conditioning units are quiet and energy efficient

The case design of these floor-standing air-conditioning units from Daikin enables the ‘build-in’ depth to be varied.
Floor-standing indoor air-conditioning units from Daikin use R410A and come in three sizes. All FVXS-F models can be used in ‘pair’ and ‘multi’ configuration and have particularly high COPs and EERs when coupled to Daikin’s new RK/XS outdoor units, with all models have category A energy-efficiency ratings. The design of the casing enables its ‘build-in’ depth to be adjusted to suit installation conditions. The 5-speed fan is designed for quiet operation, and its maximum setting can be used for rapid cooling. The remote controller has a weekly timer that allows 7-day programming with four options per day. A ‘copy’ function enables any program to be replicated on further days. Air is purified by a titanium apatite photo-catalytic filter which removes particulate matter, decomposes odours and deactivate bacteria and viruses.
