Innovations include an energy calculator that allows users to calculate the significant financial and carbon savings from GSH’s Energyplus service, which provides guaranteed reductions in energy consumption at no cost. Users can also sign up online for one of the company’s open days. GSH’s chief executive Colin Tennent says, ‘The site is the ideal start point for anyone who wants to find out more about outsourcing their FM services without getting lost in corporate jargon.’
