Briggs & Forrester reaches The Pinnacle

Briggs & Forrester has won a £7.5 million contract for the design and installation of mechanical, electrical and public-health services at The Pinnacle in Milton Keynes. The contract was awarded by Marriott Construction. The project is a joint venture between Hampton Brook and Goodman Property Investors for a 23 00 m2 office development at Midsummer Boulevard in Central Milton Keynes. The building included 180 underground car-parking spaces and over 60 secure cycle bays. About 40% has already been pre-let.
