Socket-outlet range includes hundreds of products

Eaton
Eaton MEM’s new Memstyle range of socket outlets comprises 800 variants and a wide range of finishes for modern living.
The launch of the new Memstyle range of socket outlets is complete. There are 800 variants, including some unique and innovative products that acknowledge the increasing use of IT equipment in commercial, industrial and residential premises. A major departure is the availability of inboard or outboard rockers on 2-gang switched socket outlets. Outboard rockers reduce the risk of the wrong switch being operated. Two or more earth terminals are standard on all double-pole switched sockets. New single-pole switched versions are also available. Styling options with Aura and Ultra flush metal plates include a choice of black or white moulded inserts and moulded or metal rockers. The plates are available with stainless-steel, highly polished, polished brass, white, brass satin, anodised silver, antique bronze or metallic grey finishes. Some 180 RAL colours can be provided to special order. The Aura range is also available in satin bronze and six brass styles. The range also comprises Intra white moulded accessories and Xtra surface metal-clad. Installation features include a slim back profile to provide more space for wiring. There are also large backed-off terminals, dual terminal markings and the use of a single screwdriver for wiring and fixing Other accessories in the range include sockets with red rockers. RCD sockets, 5 and 15 A round-pin sockets and key-operated sockets. Ultra style plates can be made to order as ‘lounge plates’ incorporating 13 A outlets, 5 A lighting outlets, telecom outlets and TV/FM/Satellite outlets. www.eaton.com
