Comer Homes choose Geminox boilers for Harry Potter film location

Comer Homes, the listed building conversion specialist, is installing Geminox boilers to the 450-apartment development of Royal Connaught Park, the filming location for some of the Harry Potter movies. A selection of Geminox boiler models is being installed by Trinity Services to cover the many varied apartment layouts. The decision to use Geminox was based on the superior hot water performance provided by Geminox that luxury apartments require. The ability to control underfloor heating with inbuilt weather compensation (standard on all Geminox boilers) and the variety of flue solutions that are required on a difficult conversion of a listed building were other decisive factors in selecting Geminox.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
