Aermec’s range of water-cooled heat pumps is available in 10 sizes with cooling/heating capacities up to 672/784 kW.

Aermec’s WSH range of water-condensed heat pumps comes in 10 sizes with cooling capacities from 166 to 672 kW and heating from 183 to 784 kW. They are available in the UK through AiAX. The range is Eurovent certified and achieves a Class A energy-efficiency rating. Extra-low-noise versions are available. These units are suitable for a variety of applications, including open- and closed-loop ground-source water, centralised heating and cooling systems, fan-coil units, air-handling units, low-temperature heating and underfloor heating. All units use R134 with a double screw compressor with stepless capacity control down to 10%. Larger units above 420 kW have twin refrigerant circuits. The loading of compressors takes account of the rate at which the water temperature is reduced, avoiding over-cooling.
