Fisair evaporative humidifiers have been brought to the UK market by Vapac.
The Fisair range of evaporative humidifiers for air-handling units and ducted systems is now available from Vapac under a sole-distribution agreement for the UK. The operating characteristics of the HEF2 range (for AHUs0 and HEF3 (for ducted systems) is based on water evaporation from wetted media. Maintenance costs are significantly reduced, with only the pads requiring cleaning or exchanging. There is a choice of two media: impregnated cellulose paper and pads using glass-fibre sheets with wetting agents and water-absorbent additives. These pads are assembled in sheet-steel frames with an integral watering systems.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
