CBI publishes guide to Energy Performance Certificates

Against the background of the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates for buildings, the CBI has launched a guide for business, with commercial real-estate advisor CB Richard Ellis. A recent CBI survey revealed that many firms were unaware of the requirement for landlords to obtain an EPC from their buildings. Half of them were either unaware or had yet to take action.
