Rinnai has moved into large-scale water heating with the launch of the Infinity HD series of mains-fed continuous-flow water heaters. The HD50i is for internal installation and has a flow rate of 26 l/min at 25 K temperature rise. The HD70e is for external installation and has a flow rate of 32 l/min raised by 25 K. Both units have a forced exhaust system and built-in-frost protection. Hot water can be provided at temperatures up to 85°C. Both units are very compact. They have electronic ignition and only operate when there is a demand for hot water. Several units can be manifolded to meet higher demands.
