Square D brings in new range of consumer units

New consumer units from Square D are designed to ensure compliance with the 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations.
With the introduction of the 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations, new consumer units from Square D have been specifically design to accept new RCDs, MCBs and RCBOs (residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection) to help ensure compliance. The Domae and Qwikline II units offer significantly different designs suitable for dwellings and commercial and public buildings. Domae units can be configured in several different ways to help compliance. A new range of single-module RCBOs is also available. Qwikline II has arguably the highest levels of protection safety on the market. A wide range of switch disconnectors, RCDs and MCBs is complemented by an RCBO offer for maximum continuity of supply in the event of a fault.
