Balfour Kilpatrick completes contract for Luton Innovation Centre

Balfour Kilpatrick has completed a £1.8 million contract at the Luton Innovation Centre for the supply and installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing services for Marriott Construction and ultimate climate Luton Borough Council. Environmental considerations were given the highest priority in the design and construction of the building. Architect Hopkins incorporated ventilation, rainwater and water-saving systems, solar power and lighting control into the design to maximise natural resources where possible.
