Ledaire Fabrications has published a new guide to ventilation for commercial and public-sector kitchens. The company’s extract hoods have been developed to meet ventilation requirements in all types of kitchen, from fast-food outlets to hotel complexes, from old people’s homes to large schools, from exclusive restaurants to large public-sector kitchens. All products are made to the HVCA standard DW172 for kitchen ventilation systems and in accordance with the Health & Safety Executive’s Catering Sheet 10 ‘Ventilation of kitchens in catering establishments’.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
