Scorpion acquires LTH Industrial Solutions

Shenton Capital Group, which owns Scorpion Power Systems, Merlin Power Management, Powercall UK and Celtaire Air Conditioning Solutions, has purchased LTH industrial Solutions for an undisclosed sum. LTH is a capital projects business specialising in complex power and cooling projects, particularly in the defence industry, and is now trading as Scorpion Power Systems — forming its technical services division. Acquiring the skills base of LTH enables Scorpion Power Systems and the other Shenton Group companies to offer a broader range of capabilities. Scorpion Power Systems has built its reputation on providing standby and prime power systems for military, healthcare, commercial and telecoms markets and adds to its footprint in the power market so it can meet customers’ demands for complete end-to-end solutions.
