Rotary valves have linear behaviour characteristics

valve
ESSCO Controls, the UK agent for ESBE, has introduced a range of rotary valves with near linear control. These valves have a direct-mounted actuator and a compact design. They have very little leakage — just 0.05% per Kv. They are available in DZR brass up to 50 mm. 34 standard actuator variants give a wide choice of valves in 3/4-way designs from DN15 to DN50. Applications include systems with large temperature differences, fan-coil units requiring high-precision control, combined radiator/underfloor heating circuits, comfort cooling and solar heating.
