Investment in new tooling by Polypipe Ventilation has improved product quality to boost the performance of Domus ventilation systems.
Polypipe Ventilation has invested in new tooling for its Domus range of products for ducting systems for light-commercial and domestic ventilation projects. The investment has already improved product quality and the company’s ability to react to changing and more demanding needs of the market. Domus rigid ducting systems now have a cleaner and more consistent finish to closer tolerances, giving uniform shape and a superior fit. The benefits include less air leakage, which improves system performance, and the elimination of condensation leakage so that surrounding areas are less prone to staining. These factors are becoming even more important as heat-recovery systems continue to grow in popularity. The Domus ventilation range can be specified as a complete system. It includes the Domus FireBrake range that provide LABC-approved fire protection when ducting through compartment walls.
