Legrand’s newly formed national key-accounts team comprises seven people to manage all major contracts with national customers. The aim is to ensure that jobs are professionally co-ordinated and communicated — from specification through to delivery and beyond. Barry Hall (pictured) is the national key-accounts manager. He says, ‘The days of simply having your product specified and then moving on to the next order are well and truly gone. Today’s national contractors want dedicated and experienced account managers, and, as with any kind of account management, different clients want different things.
