Carbon-dioxide and temperature sensors are self calibrating

Sensors
Cost-effective and with the same styling as existing wall modules, C7110 sensors for carbon dioxide and temperature from Honeywell.
Honeywell has launched self-calibrating wall sensors for carbon dioxide and carbon-dioxide/temperature that are more cost-effective than the existing AQS series. The styling, dimensions and mounting of C7110 series sensors are identical to the established T7460 and T7560 wall modules. The temperature sensor has a setpoint adjustment dial of –5 to +5 K, which can easily be replaced with actual temperature settings from 12 to 30°C. There is an occupancy bypass button and an occupancy LED. The accuracy of carbon-dioxide sensing is ±100 ppm or 7%, whichever is greater. The carbon-dioxide output can be configured on a PC using Honeywell’s freely available UIP software.

Baxi research suggests schools strongly support heat decarbonisation

A survey conducted by Baxi of 200 state school estates managers, consultant engineers and M&E contractors has found that while enthusiasm for Net Zero and support for low carbon heating systems in schools is thriving, persistent barriers remain.
