Earth-leakage relays

Relays
Earth-fault current protection for conductors protected by devices of up to 800 A is provided by electronic relays from Hager.
Electronic earth-fault relays introduced by Hager provide earth-fault current protection for conductors protected by devices of up to 800 A. The relay provides a signal to operate the selected device, via an under-voltage release, to disconnect the supply when the earth current rises above the selected value. Features include fixed and adjustable sensitivity, time-delay options for selectivity, visual display of fault, extra positive safety contact, an extra output contact to enable remote indication of fault currents when they reach 50% of the set level and a remote test and reset by 3-wire link.
