Stop end avoids a squeeze off

The Speedfit Blue stop end for cold-water services can be used permanently on an MDPE installation and also as a temporary cap off — avoiding the need for a squeeze-off tool. The fitting and pipe can then be reused without the need for replacement parts.

Applications include allowing water to be turned on again overnight or if a job has to be interrupted for some other reason. Stop ends are also useful for pressure testing a system or doing rough inspections.

These fittings are WRAS approved and available in 20 and 25 mm sizes.
