Danfoss Ultrasonic

Danfoss ultrasonic energy meters from Taconova UK are designed to provide accurate metering of energy use from a wide variety of equipment in heating and cooling systems.

The two static Sonometer units offered have no moving parts and are approved to EN1434.

The Sonometer 1000 incorporates an ultrasonic energy meter, a calculator with integral hardware and software for measuring flow rate, temperature and energy consumption and temperature sensors. Data can be stored for 24 months, and there are extensive diagnostic displays. This meter can be controlled and monitored remotely as part of a building-management system.

The Sonometer 2000 is a combined ultrasonic energy meter which integrates an ultrasonic flow sensor, heat calculators and temperature sensors, according to the application required.
