Balfour Kilpatrick put onto police case

Balfour Kilpartick

Balfour Kilpatrick has won a £4 million contract for M&E works at Greater Manchester Police’s new divisional headquarters in Bury. It was awarded by Mansell. The new building is less than 300 m from the birthplace of Sir Robert Peel, the founder of the modern police service.

This is the second project in the area to be awarded to BK by Mansell and was secured via a partnering approach following BK’s completion of a £1.6 million M&E Services contract for Mansell for the mixed-use Paradise Street development in Liverpool.

The new 3-storey building will include a new crime-scene examination are, custody suites, general office areas and car parking.
