Key guidance on preparing DECs

Key guidance for those involved in the preparation and production of Display Energy Certificates (DECs) has been published by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. ‘TM47: Operational ratings and display energy certificates’ provides guidance on the requirements for DECs and their preparation — including what software should be use and what must be done to display them.
