Cost-effective heating for factories and warehouses

Powrmatic, space heating, air rotation

Powrmatics’ air rotation cabinet heaters are designed to deliver high volumes of air at low velocity and low temperature. Applications include large industrial premises and high-bay racked warehouses, for rapid warm up and even temperature control. Claimed benefits for these heaters compared with radiant heating or suspended warm-air heating include lower supply and installation costs, lower energy costs and lower long-term maintenance costs.

These air heaters also qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowances and interest-free loans from the Carbon Trust.

The air rotation system is best suited to continuous operation, with the temperature set back by 8 to 10 K when the building is not occupied.

There are four units with heat outputs from 88 to 805 kW, with the option of oil- and gas-fired burners. Weatherproof units are available.

The units have a 2-year parts and labour guarantee. The heat exchanger is guaranteed for five years, which can be covered by a further 15-year warranty period.
