Marshall-Tufflex acquires Sinergy

Marshall-Tufflex Energy Management has acquired Sinergy, a sub-metering specialist based in Stockport. This addition to the MT portfolio expands its energy-management range and complements the Voltis voltage-optimisation offer.

Sinergy will continue to operate from its Stockport location, and Brian Jones, founder of the business, will remain in an active market-development role.
