The latest Econostor storage water heater from Stokvis operates on the tank-in-tank principle for maximum efficiency. This system uses a neutral primary fluid between an outer and inner tank, indirectly heating the water within the inner tank for secondary hot-water use. The neutral fluid is heated by the combustion chamber and flue ways; it can be used to provide heating. Fired by gas or oil, Econostor systems are suitable for commercial premises where the heating load is low compared to the hot-water service.
