Coolair launches its move into commercial heating

Coolair, heating
The future of commercial space heating — Coolair customers are introduced to Mitsubishi Electric’s VRF heating-only products.

In the shadow of Concorde in Manchester Airport’s conference centre, Coolair Equipment recently launched its move into commercial heating in partnership with Mitsubishi Electric. Coolair will be using Mitsubishi’s range of VRF heating-only products. This heat-pump range is modular, making it suitable for new builds and retrofitting to existing buildings. It can work independently or alongside other heating systems.

Miles Gorton, manager of Coolair’s Manchester office, ‘This new range of heating-only VRF systems changes the way we think about heating. By using advanced heat-pump technology, it can provide radiant heating, warm air, sanitary hot water or a combination of all three. It is also more flexible than almost any other renewable technology and requires less maintenance.’

VRF heat-pump systems can supply sanitary water at 70°C, water for radiators and underfloor systems at 45°C or warmed air for a ducted system.’
