New company offers complete solar photo-voltaic solutions
Red Group, which specialises in the design and installation of facades, has launched a new company to provide complete turnkey solutions for photo-voltaics.
A typical package from Red Solar could cover everything from an initial feasibility study right through to design, installation and commissioning. The company will also provide specialist advice on the application of solar PV and its carbon-saving performance, for new-build and retrofit applications.
Red Solar expects to secure orders from companies attracted by the 8% rate of return on investment offered by the Government’s feed-in tariffs, which are index linked for 25 years.
