Shepherd FM has been awarded a 5-year extension to its contract with Yell. The new contract is worth over £18 million to provide total-FM services to Yell’s network of offices in the UK, including its new head office in Reading.

The contract sees Shepherd FM continuing to be responsible for FM services at buildings across the country, including building engineering and the maintenance of critical systems.
