Polypress press-fit plumbing system is re-accredited by WRAS

Polypipe Terrain, Polypress, pipework

Polypipe Terrain’s Polypress press-fit plumbing system has been re-accredited by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme, (WRAS). This is the second such approval of the Polypress system and signifies its continued suitability for use in potable-water systems.

The Polypress system beings together a multi-layer composite pipe with robust press fittings to create an integrated system for hot- and cold-water supply and heating. The system is available in diameters from 14 to 75 mm. The latest WRAS accreditation includes the new 75 mm-diameter range and PPSU fittings for diameters over 32 mm.

The pipe construction combines the flexibility of plastic with the stability of metal and can be installed in long runs without the need for additional fittings.
