Luminaires designed for glare-free environments

luminaire
The Clivus luminaire from Fagerhult Lighting is part of the Indigo range.
Fagerhult Lighting’s Indigo luminaires are designed to reduce the sharp gradient between lighting inside the luminaire and the suspended ceiling. The Soft-Frame feature achieves a soft transition at the intersection between the suspended ceiling and secondary reflector. The range is designed to match several types of suspended ceilings. The use of Beta louvres made from satin-matt metallised MIRO aluminium increases efficiency by reflecting up to 95% of light. These double parabolic louvres have side reflectors and cross blades. The range comprises four products — Indigo Dual, Combo, Clivus and Ed2. Dual is recessed with a suspended secondary reflector to throw incidental light onto the surrounding ceiling. Dual is available in square and rectangular designs and does not exceed 1000 cd/m2 at a 65°C angle. Combo is also a recessed luminaire. It comes in square and rectangular designs in two sizes for up to four light sources. The Beta louvre can be combined with indirect light distribution in the secondary reflector. The surface-mounted Clivus has wings to provide smooth light distribution. Ed2 is a recessed luminaire with mainly indirect light distribution. There are two louvre options — Perfo with a perforated pattern and Slits with lateral slots.
