Ideal Heating launches new range of wall-hung boilers

Ideal Commercial, boiler, Evomax

Ideal Commercial’s Evomax range of gas-fired wall-hung boilers achieves seasonal efficiencies of up to 97.2% and modulates down to 20% of full output to achieve close load matching and more efficient system operation. Nox emissions are less than 40 mg/kWh, qualifying these boilers for maximum BREEAM points.

Maximum outputs range from 30 to 150 kW. These boilers can be used in a greater variety of cascade arrangements than Imax W boilers, with configurations up to 600 kW. Boilers can be cascaded back to back or in line. They are initially available for natural gas; LPG versions with outputs from 30 to 80 kW will be launched in due course.

The high standard specification includes remote indication, BMS control, hours run, frost protection and weather compensation.

All models are the same height (850 mm) and width (500 mm). The 30 to 80 kW models are 350 mm deep, 100 to 120 kW models are 520 mm deep, and the 150 kW model is 610 mm deep.

A comprehensive range of insulated frame and header kits is available, plus room-sealed and open-flue system choices. Other options include a programmable room thermostat, outside sensor, tank sensor, safety interlock and pump kits. There is a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
