The Morrisons supermarket chain is one of several national companies to award long-term maintenance contracts to Bailey Maintenance.

Bailey Maintenance has strengthened its portfolio of blue-chip clients with the securing of work worth over £22 million. The company has secured a significant number of major contract wins, expansions and retentions in the last six months. Gained under a new senior management team, these contracts represent a strong start to a 5-year strategy to expand its nationwide client base and grow its business.

Supermarket chain Morrisons and Southeastern railway are among national companies awarding contracts to Bailey Maintenance.

Managing director Stuart Linington said, ‘In an increasingly competitive market place, we are delighted to have been awarded new contracts and expanded or retained existing ones from some of the biggest and best known companies in the UK.

‘The launch of a new delivery model, more focused on the needs of our customer, has played an important role in securing this work. So too has our determination to keep pace with advances in maintenance techniques and industry best practice, as well as embracing the latest innovations in energy efficiency and sustainable technology.’
