Advanced Air now offers an on-site design services for fire-damper control systems that saves money, increases quality of installation and gives programme certainty. This approach was developed for a project in London and proved so successful that the company now offers it as a standard module to its manufacturing and design service.

A fire-damper system comprises a number of products and activities that include fire/smoke dampers, decoder, control panel, wiring, design, installation advice and commissioning. Single-point on-site responsibility means that specialist advice is readily available and that the manufacturer is involved in design and commissioning and can also advise on wiring and installation carried out by the contractor’s site team.

With this specialist advice comes the attention to detail that is essential when thousands of individual items may need to be considered.
